Hi all , I have 2820n Drytek and I have the same problem, can't forward port 80 to my windows 2003 server , I've just updated to latest , and tryied also to disable internet management, and changed managments port . but still !!
I've opened ticket in Draytek and still opened in the last 4 months , and their support loggin daily to my router, and I gave him access to my servers to test. as soon they fix this i will post update.

Anyone fixed this please write your firmware version.

I had this issue it drove me insane for 2 days. THe fix was that the 2820n router has a setting in management to allow management from the internet, disable this and it works!!! I think the router was trying to redirect the HTTP and HTTPS traffic to itself for management rather than forwarding it on.
