Enable logging for BCM 2007

To help diagnose problems with BCM, most notably when looking in to sync issues, remember to Enable Logging.

The log is output to this folder: C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Temp. Sort the folder by date to make it easy to find.
